Today is 1st September, it's starting day of the new term. But I was a little disappointed when I took my first lecture in the morning.
Entering into the classroom, it was three to eight, class will soon begin. However, Maybe they felt extreamly hot because the air-conditioner was broken and all the windows were closed. What I can see is many classmates were talking to each other very loudly, even some of them ignored the teacher. Actually everybody in the classroom was facing the same uncomforte at that time. I just could not get it. Why! Why there was alwasys someone kept talking during the class. They not only disturbed themselves, but also others.
One point I wanna maintion is that the Grade Two's students should not do whatever they want during the class. We have enough time to get used most patterns in an university.
Today I also took a class with the students in Grade Three. On the whole, I felt much more better during the two lectures. At least all students kept quiet when the teacher was speaking. And I think the students in Grade Three are good at "time-management", they aware that every single minute is worth treasuring. Compared with their behavior, I should learn how to keep calm in all the courses and learn as much as I can.
So, do not imagine that you can be a celebrity one day and make a lot of money all day. All that things are not absolute practical. Studying hard and your future will be bright. Let's keep it up!

Please share the tears with Emmons.
2008-08-29
This summer, this Olympics, one man called Emmons impressed me so much.
Four years ago, in Greece, he lost the Olympic gold medal because of an unbelievable mistake. It was the final shoot, Emmons was too nervous to make an huge mistake, he shot at other competetor's target. Finally his shoot was sentenced zero point. Actually, he ranked number one before the final shoot. He simply needed an average point, like 9 point, and he could get the gold medal.
This year, other chinese shooting athlete got the Olympic gold medal luckily. Emmons felt nervous again and made the similar mistake, he only shot at 4.4 on the final shoot. Due to he has led so many points before the last shoot, he only needed an 8 this time. Unfortunatelt, he also could not catch the opportunity. Eventually he ranked number 4.
After shaking hands with others, he could not help crying, like a child, he felt helpless at that moment. Then his wife, the shooting athlete of Czech Republic came to him and comforted him. When Emmons made the similar mistake again, the TV camera was focused on his wife. At that time she was shocked, opening her mouth and eyes for a long time.
I think many people felt a pity for Emmons. Frankly speaking, I would like to see that Emmons can achieve his Olmpic dream in London. Wish you good luck, Mr. Emmons.

Written by Ronald Atkin
Wimbledon has a new king. Rafael Nadal dethroned Roger Federer after a five-year reign by winning the longest-ever Wimbledon men's final. The consistently heartstopping 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (5-7), 6-7 (8-10), 9-7 classic began at 2.35pm and thanks to a couple of breaks for rain (surely necessary for the spectators to catch their breath), it ended at 9.15pm with the 22-year-old from Mallorca dropping to the ground with his arms outstretched in celebration.Watching the four hours and 48 minutes on-court action, from the vantage point of the royal box, was Centre Court legend Bjorn Borg. Nadal had matched the Swede's fantastic feat of winning the Grand Slams of Roland Garros and Wimbledon back-to-back and had also prevented Federer surpassing the five titles in a row he collected between 1976 and 1980.
Conditions for the latest duel between tennis's two finest players could not have been more demanding. The rain, which delayed the start for 27 minutes, eventually cleared but the chill, gusting wind which accompanied it persisted throughout the match, blowing winning shots off course and making life even more difficult for the two competitors. That they coped so well spoke volumes for their skill and adaptability.
With the five-time champion looking less than his authoritative best, it was Nadal who struck the first heavy blow, capitalising on successive Federer errors to break for a 2-1 lead.
From the start Nadal concentrated his battering-ram attack on the Federer backhand, aiming every serve and looping forehand in that direction and it kept the champion in an unaccustomed position - on the back foot. Federer prospered more when he switched to net-rushing but he could not block Nadal's inexorable advance towards the first set.
The Spaniard managed to fight off a break point to stay 3-1 ahead and he needed to avert two more as he served for the set, which he clinched on his third set point after 48 minutes, courtesy of another brace of ground stroke errors from Federer.
It was the first set Federer had dropped since the final of the French Open, when he was routed by the same Nadal.
Federer's counter-attack was immediate and it rushed him into a three-game lead which he extended to an apparently commanding 4-1 with his sixth and seventh aces, only for the irrepressible Nadal to bounce back with some thrilling, all-action stuff.
To Federer's visible anger, his serve was broken as a stretched volley flew out of play and Nadal pulled level at 4-4 as Federer squandered yet another break point.
Now Nadal was in full, thrilling flow, breaking Federer again to lead 5-4 with another huge forehand and celebrating with pumped fists. As he was serving for the second set, Nadal received a warning from umpire Pascal Maria of France for taking too long between serves.
Clearly unsettled by the timing of that censure, the Spaniard permitted Federer another break point on a wind-caused error, but in typical fashion dug deep and clinched the set when Federer once more mistimed a backhand into the netting. So, having swept five games, Nadal was in the driving set, two sets ahead.
Nadal's authority suffered a scare in the third game of the third set when he slipped in making a sudden change of direction and called in the trainer to check on his right knee. No time-out was requested by Nadal, though his speed around court appeared to be affected for a while. He was at full stretch in the next game, fighting off two Federer break points and, as dark clouds began to mass over Centre Court, the champion went flat out to recover a set and get back into the match. But four more break points went begging as Nadal held for 3-3 before wasting three break points of his own which would have put him 4-3 ahead and perfectly positioned to win.
Instead, with Federer leading 5-4, the expected downpour set in and play was held up for one hour 20 minutes. On the resumption it was Federer who dominated when a tie-break was needed to resolve the set, hammering four aces to take it by seven points to five.
The fourth set did not contain a single break point for either man and when the second tie-break of the match arrived it was a sensation, with Nadal first leading by five points to two and then reaching, and missing, two Championship points before Federer levelled at two sets all when a Nadal backhand error left him the winner by 10 points to eight.
Another downpour drove the players off court for half an hour with the score at 2-2 in the final set and when they returned the light was fading. But the spirit of both finalists burned bright as they hammered the ball at each other just as eagerly as they had done when this marathon first began.
At 3-4 Nadal saved a break point which would have left Federer serving for the title. At 6-6 Federer saved a couple of break points. Finally, in the gloom, the Spaniard broke to lead 8-7 when Federer struck a forehand too long.
So Nadal served for the match again, getting to his third Championship point only for Federer to hit an incredible backhand service return. Deuce once again, but Nadal moved to his fourth match point with a big serve and, with the crowd going wild, Federer finally cracked, dumping a forehand in the net.It was late, very late, but not too late for the coronation of a new king to begin.

Badminton Match
2008-06-01
I took part in the badminton match these two weekends. On the whole, I was pleased with the result, we were the final eight. It won't be easy to get such a result. Because we stood for Franchise College, a small unit in BNU Zhuhai Campus.
Faced with this result, I was quite satisfied, for we have beated some brilliant competetors in some ways. I hope that next year we can enter the finals.

A busy but happy week
2008-05-18
This week I took two examinations, the probability and the macroeconomics. Frankly speaking, on the whole I was satisfied with the result. Because I spent time on going over the lessons, and I got results, that feeling was so fabulous that I could hardly know how to describe it. Just feel it yourself. And I think this week is meaningful, at least I found some realistic feelings. It let me realise I still live a real life, not a fictitious one.
Tomorrow is another Monday, that is to say, it will be a new start again. Wish me good luck. I hope I can be energetic like the former time I used to be.

What a terrible earthquake it was!
2008-05-15
An enormous earthquake took place in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province, China. On 12th May,2008. The magnitude was measured seven point eight, that is to say, it was a very serious and dangerous situation. Althouth the earthquake took place in the afternoon, it was reported that the collapse of the building occcupied 90 percent, as a result, a lot people were killed in the disaster. Compared with the Tangshan Earthquake, the rescue was tougher.
What a terrible earthquake it was! They all lives, and there were many little children. Why so cruel?
Now, my friends, it's time to step up, just do your best to support the rescue team. I know several charities are raising money, like the China Red Cross. Please donate your pennies or bills if you could, just share your love, for our residence.

Oh gosh, I sweated again!
2008-05-04
Last night I sweated again, I had no idea about that. I have not been so frightened for a long time, on the whole, it was horrible.
It was not a feeling which could be easily described. That appearance was really awful. At that moment I was very afraid of the darkness, I suddently felt helpless, for there were no one on the road, no streetlamps lightened...I went back to my room as quickly as I could, I tried my best to calm myself down, took a deep breath and washed my face right away.
It was a very strange situation, long time no suffer.

Regard Loneliness As a Habit
2008-05-02
I felt my loneliness most keenly on vocations. Despite I was bored, I can not change this situation. What the hell can I do? Chatting with someone online, walking along the campus, reading magzines or writing something? I am so tired of these individual activities, and I believe most people do not prefer living such a lonely life, college students especially.
Single or double? It doesn't matter to me now. I have been struggled for this problem for a long time, but now, I can draw a conclusion. I exactly know what I want and maybe what result I could get.
This is real life, you can not gain everything whenever you want. Althouh I can not change this situation in a short perid, I can change my mind. For instance, when I felt lonely again, I could just take my books out or make a phonecall to my family. Working harder is not only good for my studies, but also good for my future.

It's time to step up.
2008-04-20
So many western countries did not show their respect to China these days. For example, the depreciation of U.S dollars has brought a disaster to our government. It is estimated that so far Chinese government have lost about 600 billion RMB, that is to say, our economy is under attacked now. Our motherland is in trouble now, as citizens of the People's Republic of China, we should step up to support our country, our family.
Despite all the other western countries' attitude of the Tibet's independence, there is no doubt that Tibet and Taiwan are parts of China. Including you and me, we alwasys would maintain that Taiwan and Tibet belong to China, for it is a truth, absolutely!
Another news, the speaker of Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the CNN. Because Jack Cafferty, the anchorman of CNN, has said something offensive to China. Cafferty's word was not objective and true, it really broke the principle of news broadcasting. How could a nation with such a citizen think their society is in a high-civil level? If the western countries want to critisise the human rights in China, they had better improve their manners' education, or they would not have the quarlification to suggest something.

Learn Something From Technology English
2008-03-19
Tonight I took a class called "Reasources and Environment". Not only did I learn a lot about the geography, but also the unfamiliar English words.
For instance, cultivated land, there are only about 2,950,000 square meters' cultivated land in China. That is to say, it is tough for our government to feed a nation with such a huge popularity. Secondly, the desertification. In the western of China, little rain all around the year and extreamly cold during the night is the character. Living in Shenzhen, one of the best cities in China, I should realize that I am a lucky person. As a consequence, on one hand I should treasure all I have. On the other hand, I should work hard and make as much contribution as possilble to our society when I have my job or business.
There is no doubt that the rich should take the social responsibility, for our target is to develop ourselves and our motherland.

How changable we are!
2008-03-03
A few days ago I walked passed NOVO, to my surprise, some changes were taken place in the cupboard. As is known to us, now Edison Chan is a negetive force. As a result, all the posters have been removed.
How changable we all! I have remembered that many people were crazy about Edison Chan some months ago, however, nearly all of us maintain he is not a good guy now.
What do you think of it?

I'm Still Learning
2008-03-02
Many classmates cried the day before yesterday, for the military training's over.
I know that it's hard for most people to control their emotion at that moment. From their point of view, although they felt tired on physical, the friendship which was established during the training should be treasured.
I used to be some one who did not know how to control my tear when I felt moved. And this time I got progress, I did not cried. Now I'm still learning how to control my emotion. In our future, we may face such a situation a lot of times. We should get used to accepting the fact. As a student whose major is business, it does important for me to get used to such a scene.
Last but not least, I wish all the captains happy and healthy.

The Power of Insensitivity
2008-02-25
I read a book called The Power of Insensitivity this winter holiday. The book is written by a Japanese doctor and writer. There are various examples about how to use or develop your insensitivity, which would help you a lot in your daily life.
Frankly speaking, although there is not much deep-considering opinions, it actually made me realize how important the insensitivity is. From my point of view, you could handle the pressure more easily once you develop your insensitivity.

Is that the real college life?
2008-02-09
"What is college student? College students just feel like having sex or drinking everyday."
I was shocked when I heard this word. Because I have the classmates hold that view. What's worse, they would maintain enjoying themselves as much as possible all the time. So sometimes I feel embarrassed to be a member in that team. Here comes another opinion that really makes me angry. One of my roomates has ever told me changing girl friends was just like a transaction. It is disgusting, isn't it? Maybe only time will tell.

I need that spirit.
2007-06-11
Justin Henin has won her third championship of French Open, and she is now also one of only nine women to own six or more Grand Slams.
I need that spirit. Justin showed me that you should never give up by her actions during the French Open. Maybe you can not imagine that a woman could not only play tennis in the hot clay court, but also won the championship 3 times during four years. But actually, Justin has made it possible. It's her perseverance that leads to her success.
Just try your best to fulfill your target every time. And your future will be more successful than others, for you are making progress gradually every moment.
Never give up, I shoud learn to say "NO" to the fate.
When I finally decide to go abroad for my college study.Maybe it will be extreamly tough. I need confidence, perseverance, the spirit of never give up,energy, power and so on.
No one could tell that how my future will be, but I will try my best to make it bright.
